You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Institutional accounts are managed by authorized administrators and may be subject to additional institutional policies.
You retain full ownership of all ideas, content, and intellectual property you submit to sparkXchange. By submitting content, you grant sparkXchange a limited license to display and facilitate the exchange of your content on the platform. Transfer of ownership only occurs through explicit agreement between parties.
Submitting ideas to sparkXchange is free. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you upload. You may set visibility (public, institution-only, or private) and pricing for your submissions.
Buyers agree to respect the intellectual property rights of submitters. All transactions are subject to the terms agreed upon between buyer and seller. sparkXchange facilitates but does not guarantee any transaction outcomes.
Institutions using sparkXchange agree to comply with applicable education privacy laws (including FERPA where applicable). Institutional administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
You may not: submit content you don't have rights to, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, use automated tools to scrape content, or engage in any activity that compromises platform security or other users' privacy.
sparkXchange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
